Good Saturday Morning! Here is a quick, easy, and delicious banana bread recipe. I cannot take full credit for this recipe, it came from a family cookbook. My cousin, Brent, shared this recipe.

Brent Bellon’s Famous Banana Bread

1/2 cup melted butter                    1 1/4 cup sugar

Cream together. Add 2 to 3 ripe bananas, mashed. Beat in 3 eggs.


1 1/2 cup flour                             1 teaspoon baking soda     Dash of salt



3 tablespoons buttermilk (or yogurt, cream, or mayonnaise)  1 teaspoon vanilla

Bake in loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
